Payment
Session Fee is Due upon booking and must be paid within 7 days and is non Refundable but may be transferred to a new date if Client has contacted me 48 hours prior to the session. Failure to do so will result in Cancelled Booking (unless previously discussed)
Payment for Image packages is also due within 7 days of viewing your images online!
IMPORTANT- Deposit is non refundable but IS deductible from chosen Package! Payment for the Smallest Package will be taken on the day of your session
Images
1-2 weeks after your Session Images will be ready to view on an online gallery where you can select your Package for Purchase. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice! No images will be Delivered or Products ordered until payment has been made in full! There is a Minimum Spend of £349 on all sessions and is therefore this due on the day of your session (minus your deposit)
The photographer Elizabeth Matthews will not Deliver any RAW images. All images will be Delivered highly edited true to her own style and creative eye. This can be discussed Prior to your session. Images are not be edited further in anyway! This includes Social media filters or b/w conversions.
Images shared with other businesses for commercial use must include a watermark or a credit to Lilybut photography
You will not screen shot or Download any images from Lilybut photography's Social media accounts or Websites to keep and share that you have not purchased and paid for.
All images are Copyright of Elizabeth Matthews and Lilybut photography and they have the legal right to all images.
All Images are Deleted 6 Months after final Edits are delivered!
Cancellation/Postponement
The Clients understands that by entering into a photo session and signing the contract that all Deposits are non refundable but are transferable to a new date if client has let me know 48 hours prior to the session! This however is at my degression as I do understand sometimes it is out of your hands too, however no monies will be returned to client.
During Session
Client is aware that if they choose their own personal printing sources (not recommended) then Lilybut photography is not under control of the quality of the prints and therefore frees the company of any claims.
When downloading your images from your online Gallery there will be two options. High Resolution or Websize.
Websize is for social media sharing only.
High resolution is for Printing
Failure to use these correctly will result in poor quality. Printing a websize image resulting in poor quality will not be at the fault of Lilybut photography
Lilybut photography is not Responsible to any injuries caused. Client will be responsible for their children and themselves and release from any claims against their person and the business.
Photography Equipment is very expensive, Clients are responsible in ensuring that their children/themselves do not damage any Equipment used by Lilybut photography
On the Chance that the Children/Clients are not cooperative for the photos Lilybut photography may offer a reshoot. No Refund/ discounts will be offered to substitute uncooperative children/clients. This is however at the discretion of Lilybut photography
